We’re pleased to offer free trials for all our products and services on our website. However, due to the digital nature of our goods, refunds or credits on purchases are challenging to provide.
To ensure your satisfaction, we recommend trying out the free trials of the following products/services:
- Subscription: Enjoy free AI clicks to familiarize yourself with the AI scoring system before subscribing.
- Mock Tests: Access a one-time completely free, fully scored test to evaluate the AI scoring system, pattern, and system compatibility before purchasing tests or a subscription.
While we understand that there may be situations where you’d like to cancel a purchase and request a refund, please note the following guidelines:
- Cancellation requests must be sent to help@hilingo.com within 30 minutes of making the purchase/payment.
- Only cancellation requests sent to the specified email will be considered.
Attention Institute Customers: Kindly be aware that once you’ve added credit to your institute’s value and purchased an institute plan, it becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Once your cancellation request is accepted and processed, it may take up to 5 business days for the refunded amount to reach you.
- Please understand that any fees or commissions charged by third-party payment merchants will not be included in the refund amount.
