What each plan covers
Institutes are priced differently.
Institutes buy a portal plan for their market and a prepaid wallet in their own currency (INR, CAD, PKR or USD), then add students and mocks from it. Demo access is set up by us.

- Can I get a refund?
- Your first scored mock is free, so you can try the platform before paying. Once a plan is activated it follows our refund and cancellation policy, linked in the footer.
- Do I need a card to try it?
- No. Your first scored mock needs only an email. Payment is asked for only when you buy a plan.
- Which exams are in a plan?
- Plans are per exam family: PTE (Academic and Core), IELTS (Academic and General Training), CELPIP (General and General LS), the Duolingo English Test or TCF Canada. Pick the exam you are sitting. OET and TEF Canada plans arrive with those exams. UK CAS Interview prep is a plan of its own, with no free mock; it is on sale in India today.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes. Upgrade any time; the unused days of your current plan are credited toward the new one.
- How do I pay?
- By card, or with the local payment options shown at checkout. Prices are in your own currency.
