PTE score predictor

Tell it your current scores and study time. It estimates the weeks to your target from a simple published rule of thumb — the arithmetic is shown below so you can check it — and tells you which skill to start with.

How accurate is this?

Directional, not a guarantee. The model is deliberately simple so you can check the arithmetic yourself, and it cannot see how consistent your hours actually are.

Use the number as a planning anchor, then calibrate against your first scored mock. That is the real signal.

Can I really improve by this much in this many weeks?
The predictor applies one simple rule of thumb, and the exact arithmetic is published below so you can check it. It is a planning aid, not a prediction. Consistency matters more than raw hours, and your first scored mock is the real signal.
What if I have fewer than 10 hours a week?
Fewer hours push the timeline out. Even three or four focused hours a week produce measurable improvement; the estimate shows how long that pace takes.
Does it work for PTE Core?
Yes. Both tests use the 10–90 scale and improvement behaves the same way. Use the same inputs for either exam.
How is it calculated?
A piecewise model: roughly 4 hours of focused practice per point under 65, 5 hours from 65 to 75, 7 hours from 75 to 85, and 10 hours above 85. Multiply by the gap, divide by your weekly hours, round up to weeks.
Do I need an account?
No. The predictor runs in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server and nothing is saved.
